Our competitive program is a great opportunity to advance technical skill, fitness, performance, personal accomplishment & personal growth. It is also a great way to meet friends, and work together in a team environment. Our competitive jump rope athletes train year-round from September to May. The team practices twice per week, 2 hours each practice. Athletes will learn advanced jump rope skills along with being introduced to training for speed, endurance, and power events for competition. Also, they will continue to develop advanced skills for freestyle routines and events. The Camrose Spirals Team competes all around Alberta and nationally. Our competitive team will attend and teach workshops along with performing for the public throughout the Camrose community.
